ROCKTON (WIFR) -- A trial date has finally been for Katie Stockton, the Rockton woman accused of killing her infant daughter, dubbed Baby Crystal.

The state is seeking a natural life sentence if Stockton is convicted. Stockton was accused of leaving her infant child to freeze to death on the side of the road. She plead not guilty a second time to charges of first-degree murder last month. The judge set a jury trial date for February 25th.

This case has been continued several times since 2008.
