WASHINGTON (AP) -- The Transportation Security Administration is delaying a policy change that would allow passengers to carry small knives, bats and other sports equipment onto passenger planes. The TSA says it needs time to consider feedback from an advisory committee made up of aviation industry, consumer and law enforcement officials. The policy has been fiercely opposed by flight attendants' unions. It was to go into effect Thursday.
