STATELINE (WIFR) -- Report cards are being handed out to area hospitals, and not everyone is getting good marks when it comes to patient safety.
All three Rockford hospitals were awarded an "A" based on their ability to prevent medical errors and injuries.
Beloit Memorial was awarded a "B", and it's just average marks for Freeport Memorial, KSB in Dixon and Mercy Health Systems in Janesville.
