WASHINGTON D.C. (WIFR) -- Senator Mark Kirk, who less than a year after suffering a debilitating stroke, was able to walk up the Senate steps this morning, will rejoin our local reps. Vice President Joe Biden and Senator Dick Durbin were there to greet him with a hug.
