ROCKFORD (WIFR) – Rockford Police conducted alcohol compliance checks in the Rockford area on Thursday. Police found that 35 out of 38 stores checked were cleared. The businesses that did not pass the sweep included:
BP on Springfield Avenue
Citgo on 11th Street
Petromax on Auburn Street
Rockford Police issued citations to the above businesses for “Sale of Alcoholic Products to Minors.”
