ROCKFORD (WIFR) --- The Rockford mother accused of stabbing her eight year old son to death will not be allowed to see her family for two years.
A judge extended an order of protection against Jody Kossow. That means if she gets out of jail, she won't be able to be around her family until September 2015. Kossow faces first-degree murder charges for allegedly stabbing her son Thomas to death in the drive way their home on Woodrow Street earlier this month. She's expected to be back in court on October 15 to get assigned a new judge.
