ROCKFORD (WIFR) – Rockford Fire Department, Volunteer Firefighters Local 413, and Access Services of Northern Illinois are giving gifts to families this holiday season.

Firefighters purchase gifts for families throughout the city through a gift-giving program by Access Services. Each of the 11 Fire Stations, Divisions of Fire Prevention, 911 Employees, and Administration all have adopted a family to spread the holiday cheer.
