ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- A local merger means more jobs are headed to the Stateline.
The former NCO Call Center in Rockford, now called APAC, will hire another 250 workers over the next five months
It currently has 775 employees. They've also increased the base pay from $9.50 an hour, to $11.00 an hour.
