ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- Rock River Women’s Textile Group will present an Open House/Exhibition, taking place at Bishop Lane Retreat Center on Wednesday, October 17, 2012 and featuring 60 artisans from around the United States who will display their handmade rugs to the general public.

Bishop Lane Retreat Center is proud to bring this group of talented artisans to the Rockford Metro community. The Open House/Exhibition will take place in the Youth Center Building at 7708 E. McGregor Road in Rockford from 9:30 a.m. til 3:30 p.m. There will be numerous handmade rugs on display along with a silent auction.

There is no fee for attending this event, and it is open to the general public.
