ROCHELLE (WIFR) -- A local high school principal is being honored for being the best in the Stateline.
Travis McGuire is the principal of Rochelle Township High School. On Monday he was named the 2012 Principal of the Year by the Illinois Principal Association's NW Region. McGuire was honored at Monday night's school board meeting.
