Rockford, IL – The Rockford Symphony Youth Orchestra is hosting their fourth Trivia Night fundraiser at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, March 1, 2013.
This fun-filled evening of trivia and good-natured competition will be held at the Riverfront Museum Park, 711 N. Main St. in Kresge Hall. Pre-registration is strongly recommended; walk-ups are welcome, but space is limited. The entry fee is $15 per person or $100 for teams of eight. Check-in starts at 6 p.m.
This year’s host will be local celebrity Mike Robinson who will lead the evening’s friendly competition and emcee the event.
Trivia Night questions, written by a variety of community experts, will include 10 categories such as sports, current events, arts, food, and science. Prizes for the top three winning teams will be awarded and - NEW this year – a prize for the best table decorations! There will also be a 50/50 raffle and silent auction, with proceeds benefitting the Rockford Symphony Youth Orchestra. This is a family-friendly event, but would be best enjoyed by children 14 and older.
Beverages will be provided. Desserts and pizza by Woodfire Brick Oven Pizza will be available for purchase or you may bring your own snacks. This is an alcohol-free event.
