Janesville (WIFR) -- On Sunday, August 26th, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. the Rock County Historical Society, in cooperation with residents of the Prospect Hill neighborhood will share the unique history and architectural elements of their homes. The “Jewel of Janesville”, the Lincoln-Tallman House, as well as two downtown icons: St. Mary’s Church, and the old YMCA building on Milwaukee Street.
Advance tickets are available for $15 at the Helen Jeffris Wood Museum Center at 426 N. Jackson Street or via phone at 608-756-4509. $20 tickets are offered the day of the event, being sold in the parking lot of St. Mary’s Church. Admission includes entrance to all ten buildings.
