ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- A local private school is looking to boost its numbers by making it more affordable for us to send our kids there.
St. Paul Lutheran School welcomed in current and prospective students and their parents today for St. Paulapalooza. It's a chance for parents to meet with admission counselors and learn more about the school.
St. Paul just lowered its tuition rates for the upcoming school year to $68 a week for all students in kindergarten through 8th grade.
"Our school is very diverse. We have kids who come from all over the city. We have kids who come from all different churches and we just want people to know throughout Rockford, where ever they are that they can send their kids to us," Principal Bruce Volkert, said.
There was a lot going on at the school including a book fair, arts and crafts, and games.
