ROCKFORD (WIFR) – Workers with Melrose Pyrotechnics are setting up their launch site for the Rockford fireworks display.
The creative director tells us this year’s show is a bit more beefed up. It will last a little more than half an hour an has more, large caliber shells and even something called the “kaleidoscope.”
“Imagine what you would see in a kaleidoscope, and envision that coming from a shell in the sky,” said Matt Peterson with Melrose Pyrotechnics.
