Police have arrested the woman they say has been breaking into cars parked outside local daycares and workout centers
Police arrested 44-year-old Sheila Foerester after she allegedly broke into a car in the parking lot of Rainbow Academy on Feb. 3. She took a purse and then made purchases with stolen credits cards. That is how police found her. They also think she was involved in four other burglaries including Circles of Learning and Peak Fitness. She was already on parole.

Yes a picture should be posted if possible as they will be out on bail.If she was on parole already she is not to bright.Bad guys get back on the streets so fast pictures are a good thing....

@breed - quite frankly I could care what color Ms. Forester's skin is, she should have her picture posted, her record mentioned, whatever. She was already on parole so she's not too bright to begin with. Nice try through, bringing up the race card, but a criminal's a criminal, regardless of the color of their skin.

what happened to local news????????? school stuff is not news why wasnt crash on 20 on instead of school stuff is there a station that has news anymore????????????????
