ROCKFORD (RVC) -- Has your company downsized and are you now the "safety" person?
In this fast paced program, you will earn your OSHA Ten Hour card while learning the OSHA regulations, how to handle an OSHA inspection and what happens after the visit. Special emphasis will be placed on the most frequently cited violations and how they may relate to your company.
This course is held at Rock Valley College, but can be brought on site to your facility. The course will be held over two sessions on March 23, 2011, 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. and March 24, 2011, 8:00 a.m. - noon in the Woodward Technology Center (WTC), room 117 on the RVC main campus.
OSHA 29 CFR 1910 book required-available at the RVC bookstore. (The OSHA 30-hour program available upon request). Cost of the course is $159.
