MACHESNEY PARK (WIFR) -- There's a new place to press your luck at video gaming.

Bet EZ Video Poker in Machesney Park allows residents to gamble without heading to the bar or casino. With five machines the new gaming parlor is the first of its kind in the area. Manager Michael Sterling is also the owner of Legend's Bar and Grill. He says he wants to give residents a more private gambling option that's closer to home

Bet EZ is open until 2:00 a.m. Monday through Saturday. Sterling says he hopes to open other locations in Loves Park and Rockford.
