ROCKFORD (WIFR) - Rockford's American Legion has moved into its new home.

Members have been getting settled into their new building on Alpine, which used to house LT’s Bar. They've been unpacking for a little more than a week and the move will give the vets more space.

They tell us they hope to attract more men and women from the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Their previous location on Broadway is still on the market.
