CHERRY VALLEY (WIFR) -- A Rockford man is now facing five charges after he allegedly went up to some teenagers at Magic Waters and asked to perform a sex act on them.
Rockford Park District Police say Tommy Carroll, 28, went up to a 16-year-old last Friday and attempted to solicit a sexual act. The 16-year-old and his mother went to the police. Officers quickly found Carroll and after a small struggle were able to take him into custody. Later police learned a 14-year-old made a similar complaint involving Carroll at the water park.
Carroll now faces two counts of solicitation of a sex act. Two counts of disorderly conduct and one count of obstructing police.
