Under Logli's watch, a 4 time offender was normal. You would be shocked to see how many of these three or four time offenders are driving in Winnebago County. Our new SA is tasked with cleaning up the corruption and the streets of our county.

I'd say its about time to give real punishment to this habitual offender. Are we waiting for a dead body to do something? Not once, not twice but four times!! Give me a break!

If the first offense were a felony, maybe there wouldn't be a fourth. Please contact your local and state legislative representatives to mAke OWI, DUi, DWI etc... A felony, the first time!
