ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- Hundreds of people are rolling strikes at area bowling alleys to help spare tornado victims some of the costs of rebuilding their lives.
Nine bowling alleys from around the stateline are giving all of the money they make today off open bowling to tornado relief efforts. The businesses slashed prices by 50 percent to encourage more people to come and take part. So many people want to help tornado victims, organizers thought this would be an easy and fun way for everyone to get involved.
