ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- It's hard for anyone who's out of work to find a job right now, and that challenge is even greater for teens and adults with disabilities.

Today the Disability Coalition in Rockford hosted a career workshop at Rock Valley College. Career counselors focused on interviewing skills and filling out job applications.

Some participants even got to speak with a panel of employers to test out some of the tips they learned. More than a dozen local organizations helped out.
