Jefferson Street Bridge Construction Expected to Start Friday

ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- Construction on the Jefferson Street Bridge is expected to start Friday.
Crews are making repairs to the bridge. The road will be open during construction, but there will be lane closures. The work should be done by November 16.
