JANESVILLE (WIFR) – Around 1 a.m. Thursday morning, Janesville resident Melissa Rosenberg was arrested on the 500 block of Prairie Avenue for her fourth OWI.
When police pulled Rosenberg over for speeding the officer noticed a strong smell of alcohol on her breath. Rosenberg failed sobriety tests and admitted to drinking.
