Janesville School District and Police Department Host Presentation on Cyberbullying

JANESVILLE (WIFR) -- The School District of Janesville and the Janesville Police Department are hosting a presentation on Cyber Bullying. This presentation is at Franklin Middle School, 450 N. Crosby Ave. on Monday, December 17 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Dr. Justin Patchin, professor at UW-Eau Claire, author, national speaker and co-founder of the Cyber Bullying Research Center, will be presenting information to students, staff and families at this free event.

Dr. Patchin has been recognized nationally and state-wide as an expert and has authored over six books on Cyber Bullying. He recently presented in Milton, which has now started a community campaign to stop bullying.
