ROCK COUNTY (WIFR) – A Rock County Deputy pulled over a car for speeding in the area of South STH D and West Hanover Road at 4:15 a.m. Wednesday morning.

When the officer approached the car he saw that the driver, Terence Rittenhouse of Janesville, was intoxicated and had already gotten into some sort of an accident. The front of the car had severe front damage and Rittenhouse had a blood on his face.

The Deputy arrested Rittenhouse for his 7th OWI and speeding.
