ROCK COUNTY (WIFR) – On Sunday, around 1 am, police arrested David Dutcher, of Janesville, for his 6th OWI.

A police officer pulled over Dutcher’s vehicle because the registered owner of the car had a revoked license. When the officer approached Dutcher that’s when he could smell the order of alcohol.

Field sobriety test were given and Dutcher showed signs of impairment. A portable breath test showed Dutcher to be over the breath alcohol limit for a person with his amount of (5) prior convictions (.02 BAC for those with three or more convictions).
