JANESVILLE (WIFR) – A Janesville man was arrested Monday morning for this 4th OWI offense.

Around 1:30 a.m., a Janesville Police officer pulled over a vehicle for a routine traffic stop at Milton Avenue and Humes Road. Once the officer ran the plates he found that the driver, Timothy Willger, had 3 prior convictions of OWI.

The officer noticed Willger to be intoxicated and arrested him for his 4th OWI.
