ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- The Stateline experiences the best and the worst when it comes to pension funding.
According to Pew Research, Wisconsin is the only state in the nation that fully funded it's pension plan in 2010.
Meantime, Illinois was one of just four states with pensions funded under 55 percent in 2010.
Overall in the country, the gap between the promises states have made to public employees and the money actually set aside to pay these bills was nearly 1-point-four trillion dollars.
