PECATONICA (WIFR) -- Illinois State Police will hold a roadside safety check in Winnebago County this weekend.
According to a press release, officers will be looking for drivers who are driving unsafely, driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, driving with open alcoholic beverages or driving under the influence.
The project is funded through the Illinois Department of Transportation.
