DEKALB COUNTY (WIFR) -- A Genoa Woman is dead after being hit by a train in DeKalb County.
It happened just before 1:45 p.m. Wednesday on Pleasant Hill Road, North of Route 72 at the railroad crossing. The victim, Barbara Gaffney, 48, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The DeKalb County Sheriff's Department and the DeKalb County Coroner's Office are investigating the incident.
