Fatal BP Gas Station Shooting Suspect Arraigned

ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- One of three men accused in the drive by shooting that happened at the BP Gas Station on Auburn this Spring was arraigned Thursday.

Martell Buckley, 25, plead not guilty to first degree murder charges. If convicted, he faces 80 years in prison.

Police are still looking for two more suspects, brothers Rico and Russell Jefferson. The three men allegedly shot and killed Duane Buchanan, 18, when he was outside the gas station.
