DIXON (WIFR) -- Teachers in the Dixon School District have been working without a contract since last August.
Earlier this week the Dixon Education Association filed an intent to strike.
Now, teachers won't walk off the job just yet, because negotiations are still on going.
The main sticking points are benefits, pay and the language of the contract. Negotiations continue Tuesday night.
