DEKALB (WIFR) – Dekalb Police are continuing to investigate the cause of a fatal two car accident that occurred around 8 p.m. on the 500 block of West Bethany Road Saturday night.

Dana Zastrow, 55, was pronounced dead at the scene. Current investigations conclude Zastrow was traveling on Bethany when her car crossed the center line and she was struck by an oncoming car.

Injuries to the other driver are not known.
