ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- There was puppy love in the air as the Caring Canines at SwedishAmerican Hospital got into the Halloween spirit.

In addition to donning creative costumes to visit patients, two of the dogs got hitched! Cricket and Theodore celebrated their wedding, complete with a bacon bouquet toss. Patients, visitors, and hospital staff got to attend the nuptials and visit with the dogs. It really helped to brighten up the day for those stuck in the hospital this Halloween.
