Car Accident Causes Early Morning Power Outage

ROCKFORD (WIFR) – A car accident caused a power outage around the 1500 block of Bell School Road on Thursday morning. It happened about 3:15 a.m. when a gold KIA was traveling southbound on North Bell School Road drove off the road and slammed into the pole.

Police say when they arrived on scene there were no victims present.

When 23 News arrived Co-Med was just arriving on scene and said they would have the power around the area back up by 8 a.m. on Thursday.
