Blood Drive Held in Honor of Thomas Jones and Chelsea Jannsen

OREGON (WIFR) -- On Tuesday, December 11th from 2-6 p.m. at the Oregon Church of God, 860 W. Oregon Trail, the Oregon Fire Protection District and Oregon Fire Fighters Association will host a blood drive to help replenish the blood supply. Oregon Fire Fighter Thomas Jones and his fiancee Chelsea Jannsen were involved in an accident leaving them both with severe burns. Friends of Thomas and Chelsea wish to host a blood drive in order to replace the blood products that have been used to treat them both. Additional drives have been planned for next year.
