ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- One of the men hoping to be Rockford's next mayor, will no longer be on the ballot.
Anthony Foreman is the former owner of JT’s Bourbon Street Grille. He filed to run as a democrat earlier this year, but a competitor challenged the number of signatures he had collected, among other things.
Today the board of elections upheld those objections.
