Amboy Fire Protection District Receives FEMA Grant
A local fire department is getting thousands of dollars in federal grant money.

One local fire department is among the five in the state receiving grant money from FEMA.
The Amboy Fire Protection District will get more than $300,000 from the federal agency. The money will help support the fire department's capability to respond to fires and other types of emergencies. Most of the money will be used to replace outdated communications equipment.
