80 people have signed up for this session's boot camp at the YMCA. It's a 60 minute intense physical workout, that trys to boost your heart rate and for those 60 minutes there's no quitting, ever time you even think about it Jared's (boot camp trainer) right there making sure you along with everyone else in this class never gives up?

After sprints, sit-ups, lunges, crab walks, and anything else he throws at you, you're lucky if you can walks straight out of the class.

Can't make it to the gym some things Jared says you need to remember, you can do better then you think you can, keep it simple, and finally try and keep yourself motivated by using things around you like people, find a workout partner. Or pick a time that’s convenient for you to work out most days and stick to working out at that time.
