Rape Victims Have Longer To File Suite

Victims of sexual assault and rape now have more time to file lawsuits against their attackers.

The new measure was signed into law in Illinois today. It ends a two year time limit to file suit but victims must show that they've waited because they were threatened, intimidated, or manipulated.

    Going to file "suite?" Are they moving into a posh condo or apartment? I think you mean (law) suit. Get it right.
