NIU Offering Nursing Classes at Illinois Valley Community College
Those interested in becoming a registered nurse can now get their degrees from Northern Illinois University without ever attending class on campus.

The university is partnering with Illinois Valley Community College, which is in Oglesby, about an hour south of DeKalb. NIU faculty members will teach nine courses at Illinois Valley, and students can take the remaining classes online or at any community college.
