There's new information Monday night regarding the death of a 53-year-old Beloit woman in a house fire last Friday.
Beloit police say preliminary autopsy results show that Colleen Montgomery died of smoke inhalation, but the manner of her death is still under investigation
Beloit police and fire units were called to a home at 2013 Sun Valley Drive early Friday Morning. They were quickly able to put out the flames but did not find Montgomery's body inside.
Investigators continue to look into the cause of the fire as well.
