Beloit Police Nab Man With Drugs, Money and Guns

Beloit police have arrested and charged a 24-year-old man on numerous drug and weapons-related charges.

Jacob Risseeuw was arrested after police found drugs, money and guns during warranted searches at two Beloit residences, 1355 Townline Avenue and one at 232 Chestnut Street.

According to a department press release, the following items were recovered during the searches: over two pounds of marijuana, a quantity of Hashish, a quantity of Schedule II Narcotics (hydrocodone and oxycodone), a quantity of US currency, one semi-automatic pistol and a machine type pistol.

Risseeuw is being held until he appears in court March 19. He's being charged with Manufacture/Delivery of THC, PWID THC, Drug Tax Stamp Violation, Pro Acts B, Possession of Schedule II Narcotic, Possession Drug Paraphernalia, Felon Possessing Firearm and a probation violation.
