WASHINGTON (AP) -- Chief Justice John Roberts will be released from the hospital later today.
The 52-year-old Roberts was admitted overnight after having a seizure at his vacation home in Maine.
He spoke with President Bush by phone this morning and assured the president he's doing fine. A White House spokesman says Roberts "sounded like he was in great spirits."
A Supreme Court spokeswoman says doctors who've examined Roberts have found no cause for concern. She says the 52-year-old judge plans to continue his vacation.
