Rowdy sports fans who attack coaches or officials will face extra punishment, too.
Those are among several bills Gov. Blagojevich signed into law Friday. One measure makes it illegal for someone to make, sell or use false urine samples. Some companies tout products such as the Whizzinator to help people avoid positive drug tests when applying for a job.
Two measures aim to prevent ballpark attacks after recent incidents at Chicago White Sox games. One makes it aggravated assault to attack umpires, referees and coaches at all levels. Another imposes a minimum fine of $1,000 for anyone placed on supervision for such attacks.
