To help provide greater access to college, the Rock Valley College Foundation offers a wide variety of private donor scholarships to RVC students. Each scholarship features its own set of criteria which may include academic ability, area of residence, high school origin, area of study, number of credit hours, new or returning student, grade point average, as well as many other criteria.

Students who submit a scholarship application by May 3, 2010 will be eligible for scholarships for use during the fall 2010 and spring 2011 semesters. Scholarship recipients will be notified by mail in July, 2010.

In addition, hard copies of the scholarship brochure and application are available at Rock Valley College in the Financial Aid office on the 2nd floor of the Student Center. Anyone who is planning on attending RVC in the fall of 2010 is strongly encouraged to apply.
