Michael Hardin shot two people, one to death in November 2007, in front of a food mart off Kishwaukee St.

Police say Byron Sturdivant and Christopher Money were sitting in a pick-up truck, when Hardin walked up and shot them.

Money died a short time later. The surviving victim and Hardin's accomplice turned him in.

Hardin will be sentenced next month.
