Chocolate's Health Benefits

The latest evidence suggests that the natural compounds found in cocoa have major vascular benefits like pumping up blood flow and lowering blood pressure but we can't just pick up any candybar only real dark chocolate will do the trick.

However, researchers say, be careful, we only need to eat a small amount about 30 calories a day but when it comes to chocolate it can be tough limiting ourselves to only a few tiny bites.
