Obama Says No to Impeachment of Bush, Cheney

Obama made that comment today in response to a question asked at a meeting in Washington with his Illinois constituents.

The Illinois Democrat says he's distressed by the Bush administration's ethical standards and secrecy. But the presidential hopeful says impeachment should be reserved for "grave" breaches of the president's authority.

Both Obama and U-S Senator Dick Durbin say having to deal with month after month of impeachment hearings wouldn't be in the best interest of America.

And Obama says there's a better way for unhappy Americans to deal with elected officials. He says they can "vote the bums out."

Business as usual..We really don't know the damage of any President until he is out of Office and out of the News.. i.e. NIXON..let's face it the most powerful administration in the world as we know it is The White House..Not just the President himself.. Who wouldn't want that kind of power and access to the world in a matter that is Second to None. Don't like somebody..you have a military. Don't like the products sold from a country.. ban them with sanctions of money and FORCE..(military and the shipping yards). Power of persuacsion... Let's bomb the dirt they stand on.. in less than 15 minutes on any square footage on the earth.. anywhere anytime.with the push of a phone call button or computer with brains to carry out your request in less than 9 seconds. POWERFULL and Tearful.. But look at what we face these days. Not just the national and international..but the usefullness of the internet and the destruction of certain societies because of it.. No rules because everyone has their own agendas and dislikes about everything... always has been this way but like the local newspapers of a community.. if you don't read it because your not from there... You probably don't have a clue...But now we do in this information at your finger tips and eyes so close..it's hard to believe what you have in front of yourself.. The power to know and share your own ideas and become the officer of the day for propaganda and rumor... I think that pretty much tells it like it is..When you have the opportunity to become a senator...your words are just out there because of your job.. whatever that might be.. Thanks for the VENT.. Always good to get it started and finish with a point..TED-ME-NOTO.. so long...53 year old Air Force guy from the Great State of Illinois..GO Air Force.. Aim High..
